Brian Selvanayagam

Brian Selvanayagam has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of AMW Capital Leasing and Finance PLC.

Selvanayagam is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), Fellow Member of the Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka, and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (UK).

He is the Past Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Sri Lanka and was a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He is presently a Non-Executive Director of Ceylon Biscuits Ltd., and Lanka Reality Investments PLC.

He counts over 25 years of work experience in fields covering auditing, banking and financial services, property development and education. He is also a Justice of Peace for the whole country.
