Asia Asset Finance PLC yesterday said it was planning a Rs. 3 billion debenture issue.
The company plans to issue 30 million listed, rated, subordinated, unsecured, and redeemable debentures at Rs. 100 each.
The debentures would have a tenor of five years with the coupon frequency and the interest rates to be decided closer to the finalisation of the trust deed based on the market rates prevailing at that point in time, the company said.
The debenture issue is subject to regulatory approvals.
