Amãna Bank partnered with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry – Central Province to successfully host the ENRICH MSME Business Forum in commemoration of World MSME Day. The event, held in Kandy, brought together over 100 Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprise organisations from the region, including their directors and senior officials, for a day of insightful discussions.
The forum featured four key thematic sessions covering Human Resource Management, Marketing, Technology and Talent, concluding with a dedicated Business Session. Each segment included a presentation by a subject matter expert followed by a panel discussion. These panels featured a diverse group of three distinguished individuals, including a leading entrepreneur from the region and a high-ranking government official.
The event was graced by notable dignitaries, including Governor of the Central Province Sarath B.S. Abayakoon, as the Chief Guest, Assistant High Commissioner of India V. S. Saranya, and University of Peradeniya Vice Chancellor Prof. Terrence Madhujith, both as Guests of Honour. The presence of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Deshamanya Jagath Dissanayake along with the Board of Directors, further elevated the significance of the occasion.
