Alliance Finance Company launches AFC Remittance

Alliance Finance Company, further expanding its portfolio of financial services, has launched its inwards foreign remittance service, AFC Remittance. 

Customers can now avail of the foreign money remittance service at all AFC branches across the country under the brands Western Union, Money Gram and Ria.

The inauguration ceremony was held recently at the Alliance Finance Auditorium in Rajagiriya. Alliance Finance Company Managing Director and Deputy Chairman  Romani de Silva, Deputy Managing Director Kusal Jayawardana, Chief Commercial Officer Ajantha Kumara and the AFC management  participated in the event. The senior management of MMBL Money Transfer Ltd., the local representative for the brands Western Union, Money Gram and Ria, joined the event. 

Addressing the event, Romani de Silva said that AFC Remittance is not just a transaction, but a service with affection that surpasses a transaction, and that Alliance Finance provides services to customers with a sustainable environmental vision.

As a value addition to customers and their families who receive remittance through Alliance Finance, the company plans to offer financial assistance with the development of special loan schemes for education, home improvement and self-employment.
