Abans Finance PLC yesterday said it has appointed Nirosh Madawala as its CEO.

Madawala has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry.

He holds a Master of Business Administration and is currently completing his final stage of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualification, equipping him with a unique blend of financial, strategic, and marketing acumen. Throughout his career, Madawala has successfully led cross-functional teams, implemented impactful business strategies, and introduced process improvements that strengthened both short-term performance and long-term sustainability, the company said.
