History through art

The best example for E.M. Forester’s quote ‘history develops, art stands still’ is exhibited at the Lionel Wendt Gallery today. Lined up at the Gallery are rare objects and artefacts, all part of collections from London and Colombo that depicts Sri Lanka in all its historical glory.
