Hilton Colombo today announced details of the New Year’s Eve party which is happening at the Il Ponte/Poolside on 31 December from 9 p.m. onwards. One of the best venues in Colombo when it comes to celebrations, the hotel’s Il Ponte restaurant/poolside will come alive with DJ music, a gala midnight buffet from midnight till 4 a.m. and fireworks to usher in the New Year!
Party revellers can enjoy a mix of music from the 80s to date with legendary Blue Elephant DJ’s Kapila and Naushad together with Bonnie and Selectro. An extravagant midnight buffet will be served by the hotel’s kitchen team and every table of 10 pax will receive a complimentary premium beverage and chasers. A ‘sparkling’ display of fireworks at midnight is also on the agenda to enhance everyone’s party mood.
Other hotel activities include the Spices dinner buffet with all the trimmings, a Gourmet Seafood and Sri Lankan festive buffet at the Curry Leaf restaurant, and Thorana Lounge for a more relaxed evening with live entertainment and a mini a la carte menu.
