Cinnamon Lakeside promises spectacular NYE celebration

Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo is gearing up for a spectacular New Year’s Eve this year, with the hotel hosting a number of events ranging from an extravagant outdoor pool party to a more formal dinner. The hotel’s exclusive club and lounge, The Library, will stage an exclusive party where a DJ will set the dance floor ablaze with electrifying beats. In addition, a late night celebratory menu will also be laid out. The New Year’s Eve party is only open to Library members and hotel guests.

Cinnamon Lakeside Colombo is home to an array of restaurants and is celebrating with an end of year party. Guests will have a wide selection of venues and cuisines to choose from this New Year’s Eve. The Dining Room offers the perfect venue to reflect on the year gone by and usher in the new one over the finest dishes available. There will also be an endless array of culinary choices at the sumptuous international dinner buffet which will be on offer at The Big New Year’s Eve Dinner. The dinner will be served in two sittings, from 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. for Rs. 7,600 nett and from 9.30 p.m. onwards for Rs. 7,900 nett. The hotel’s signature restaurants - Royal Thai and Long Feng - will serve authentic Thai and Chinese food respectively, also in two sittings. The first sitting will be from 7.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. for Rs. 7,600 nett while the second sitting will run from 9.30pm onwards for Rs. 7,600 nett. Special menus have been designed for each restaurant by Thai master chef Aree Jitman

Diners at each restaurant will have access to the exclusive Countdown at the Pool Terrace, where guests will be entertained with the music of a reputed DJ, in addition to feasting on a wide variety of food and beverages, before being enthralled by a spectacular display of fireworks when the clock strikes twelve. After a night of partying, partygoers can also check into one of the hotel’s luxurious rooms or suites and awake refreshed for a new year.
