Huawei device holders can participate in the Service Carnival by updating the Huawei Support app to the latest version. Once you open the updated app, you can click the banner displayed (Huawei Service Carnival), enter the page and tap the events to redeem the benefits.

Apart from the benefits for new smartphones, Huawei offers a free repair discount coupon for selected devices which are out of warranty period and can be claimed at any of the Huawei Service centres located island-wide. In addition, the users with older Huawei devices may visit Huawei Service centres during the Service Carnival and get their devices repaired at lower prices.

More benefits await as Huawei mobile cloud users who register for the cloud service for the first time can enjoy free 50 GB Cloud storage for three months.

System upgrades are essential to keep the smart devices running smoothly and random device cleaning is recommended. During the Huawei Service Carnival, customers who visit Huawei service centres can obtain free system upgrades and get their devices cleaned free of charge.
