American natural horror film ‘Primate’ will be screened from today at seven cinemas in Sri Lanka.
They are Kandy City Centre, Liberty by Scope Kollupitiya, Scope Cinemas – Colombo City Centre, Scope Cinemas – Havelock City Mall, PVR Cinema, Ram Cinema, and Regal Cinemas.
Directed by Johannes Roberts, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Ernest Riera, the film stars Johnny Sequoyah, Jessica Alexander, and Troy Kotsur.
In the film, a tropical vacation goes awry when Ben, a family’s adopted chimpanzee, is bitten by a rabid animal and suddenly becomes violent.
