Roshan Mahanama
The melodious voices of the Marians will reverberate throughout the BMICH on 21 June as they sing for the children of Sri Lanka, the underprivileged, the disabled, the abused and the innocents fighting critical illnesses. Organised by the Roshan Mahanama Trust, this magnificent event will harness the universal language of love to foster compassion, unity and positive change in Sri Lanka through much needed support extended to underprivileged children of the island by funding vital initiatives in healthcare, education and social welfare. The funds raised will be directly channelled to key projects such as supporting the Ayati National Centre for children with disabilities, the Suwa Arana paediatric palliative care centre, constructing safe havens for abused children, providing essential cancer medication and assisting the Indira Cancer Trust with means of organising essential transportation for patients.
With an available capacity of 1600 at the venue, the Roshan Mahanama Trust expects sports personalities, business leaders, celebrities, philanthropists and music lovers to converge for an unforgettable evening of exceptional music and the joy of giving. Speaking to Daily FT, the chairman of the trust and much-loved humanitarian Roshan Mahanama said, “Harmony of Hope with Marians exemplifies the transformative power of music to unite us in compassion and purpose. At the Roshan Mahanama Trust, we believe that every note played brings the needy child closer to a brighter, more inclusive Sri Lanka—where every child is cherished, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. These are my innings to give them hope for their future.”
Sponsorship opportunities for Harmony of Hope are available in the following categories: Platinum Rs. 1 million, Gold Rs. 750,000, Silver Rs. 500,000, and Bronze Rs. 250,000, offering exclusive branding and visibility before, during, and after the event.
