Aitken Spence PLC among the Top 10 Companies at the EFC National Best Employer Awards 2025

Aitken Spence PLC was honoured among the Top 10 Companies at the inaugural EFC National Best Employer Awards 2025, held on 20th January 2026 at the Galle Face Hotel. The recognition reflects the Group’s longstanding commitment to being an ‘Employer of Choice’ and its purpose to ‘Inspire to Create Great Futures for All’.

The Employers’ Federation of Ceylon (EFC) launched the EFC National Best Employer Awards 2025 to identify and celebrate organisations that demonstrate exceptional people-centric practices and a strong commitment to social responsibility in their pursuit of business excellence within a global context. These awards aim to establish a credible and aspirational national benchmark for organisational excellence, while contributing meaningfully to the development of Sri Lanka’s workforce.
