Former Trinity skipper Pubudu Bandara excels in studies

Former Trinity College cricket captain and ‘Lion’ of the 2018/2019 outfit Pubudu Bandara did well in his recently-concluded

Advanced Level (A/L) examinations when he obtained 3 A passes in the Commerce stream.    

Pubudu who also represented the national youth outfit in cricket scored 12 half centuries in his final season for the Kandy School. This will be a good example for the other students involved in sports to balance both equally.

Speaking to Daily FT, Trinity Head Coach Kavinda Jayasuirya said, “Pubudu always led by example not only in cricket but encouraged his team mates to concentrate in studies as well.”
