Siddhalepa ‘Kekulu’ award ceremony

The island wide Kekulu Art Competition which is one of the main CSR initiatives of Siddhalepa Group was conducted successfully recently. The response for this was enormous as 183,956 paintings from 6,927 pre-schools of each province were received for the evaluation.  Veteran artist Sibil Weththatasinghe selected the final 100 winners who obtained certificates, valuable gifts and trophies from First Lady Shiranthi Wickramasinghe Rajapaksha on 1 February 2014 at Jayawardane Centre Colombo. In addition to these island winners, events were held in provincial level to award the winners of each province. Every participant to this competition received a certificate at kindergarten level too.
