A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the bank and NHSL officials recently. The bank’s Chief Marketing Officer Dr. Indunil Liyanage and Assistant General Manager Marketing W.M.S. Wanasinghe signed on behalf of Bank of Ceylon and NHSL Director Dr. Anil Jasinghe signed on behalf of the National Hospital. BOC Chief Manager Marketing D.N. De Zoysa, Manager G.H. Jayasinghe, National Hospital Official Dr. H.M.K. Wickramanayake and K.D.A. Nishantha were also present at the occasion.
Bankers to the nation, Bank of Ceylon has been a partner to NHSL for over decades as it has been catering to doctors, NHSL staff and patients with its Regent Street Branch and 24 hour ATM at NHSL. The bank believes that this Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project will enhance the quality of the hospital premises and create a healthy environment for the patients and staff.
