A financial contribution of Rs. 50 million has been made by National Development Bank PLC to the “Rebuilding Sri Lanka” Fund, which was established to restore the livelihoods of people affected by Cyclone Ditwah and to rebuild the country following the disaster.
The relevant cheque was handed over by NBD Deputy Chief Executive Officer K. V. Vinoj, to Secretary to the President, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake. Sanjaya Perera and C. L. B. Dasanayake from NDB were also present.
