Therefore, essentially a Service Provider. Aligned to the concept of Servant Leadership
Just deliver the results – on-time, on-promise, on-compliance. Evaluate them year-on-year, not rest on their laurels
Their persona and aura (personal branding) should not get in the way of objective evaluation
