Accepting one’s mistakes is a sign of effective leadership, provided they are sincere and they rectify them.
Accepting mistakes also relieves the pressure of pretending to be successful.
We can learn a lot more from our mistakes than from our successes – because success is always hyped up and glorified.
Accepting mistakes and learning from them is a deeply ingrained mindset that we need to diligently train our minds on.
