JAT Holdings PLC recognized at CA Sri Lanka’s 56th Annual Report Awards 2021

as the leader in wood coatings and paintbrushes in Sri Lanka, JAT Holdings PLC received the bronze award in the trading companies’ category at the CA Sri Lanka’s 56th Annual Report Awards 2021. The award recognised JAT for its resilience and perseverance in promoting transparency, accountability, good governance, and social responsibility amidst the pandemic-influenced business climate. The award was accepted by the Director Finance - Rizna Dilshard, Senior General Manager – Treasury - Somasundaram Sivasubramanium, Finance Manager - Janitha Ruwanpura and Manager Corporate Planning - Ruwani Samarakoon on behalf of JAT Holdings.

This is the third year that JAT Holdings was presented with this accolade in recognition of its financial strength and proactive drive in displaying transparency, accountability, good governance and social responsibility. JAT Holdings was also one of the few private entities that were managed under the highest levels of corporate governance and professionalism with a high calibre board and respective board sub-committees such as Audit & Risk Management, HR & Remuneration, Related Party Transactions, Investment etc prior to its listing at the Colombo Stock Exchange mid 2021.
