SLASSCOM Thought Leadership Forum on ‘Fostering Entrepreneurship: Creating a Supportive Ecosystem’

The SLASSCOM will hold a Thought Leadership Forum on Fostering Entrepreneurship: Creating a Supportive Ecosystem on 16 September from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Dialog Future World Auditorium Excel World. It will feature a keynote address by Shruti Challa who is an Indian-American serial entrepreneur, adviser, and international public speaker. Challa’s visit to Sri Lanka has been facilitated by the American Centre in Colombo. The keynote address will be followed by a panel discussion with eminent panelists including Shruti Challa – Entrepreneur, Adviser and International Public Speaker, Mani Kulasooriya – Chief Executive Officer of Leapset, Jeevan Gnanam – Director of St. Anthony’s Industries Group, Lankan Angel Network and Orion City, Chandika Jayasundara –CEO of Cinergix Ltd., and Ruwindhu Peiris – Director of Stax, AMCHAM-Sri Lanka, SLASSCOM (Moderator). “Fostering entrepreneurship will be a key driver of the post-war economic boom in Sri Lanka. Tech start ups such as Google, Facebook or even the NASDAQ listed Virtusa that were once start ups are now large global players,” SLASSCOM said.
