Prime Lands wins Best Real Estate Company in Sri Lanka at Asia Pacific Property Awards

Prime Lands emerged as the winner of the ‘5 Star’ award for Best Real Estate Company in Sri Lanka at the prestigious Asia-Pacific Property Awards 2014 held at Shangrila Hotel on 9 May in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This event attracted many of the leading property developers, architects, interior designers and real estate companies across South East Asia. The awards were categorised in to two main areas: ‘Highly Commended’ or ‘5-Star’ award. The 5-star winners had been re-judged to select just one from each of the 47 different categories who will go forwards to represent the Asia-Pacific region in the 2014 International Property Awards where they

will compete against other regional winners from Africa, Arabia, Europe, UK and the Americas to find the ultimate ‘World’s Best’ in each category. This international property award is a world-renowned mark of excellence. Judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 70 experts covering every aspect of the property business. Some of the key areas which the judges looked at were the overall quality of the projects, value and volume of the projects, stability of the company and the quality/professionalism aspect of the employees. Lord Courtown from the House of Lords was present on stage in his capacity as Chairman of the Architecture and Interior Design categories committee along with President of the International Property Awards Stuart Shield, while each winning company was presented with either a ‘Highly Commended’ or ‘5-Star’ award. Prime Lands Chairman B. Premalal said that wining the ‘5 Star’ Award for Best Real Estate Company in Sri Lanka, indeed an outstanding achievement and confirms our true position as the ‘Real Leader in Real Estate’ in Sri Lanka.
