A seminar and panel discussion on 2012 Budget proposals organized by the Alumni Association of the University of Peradeniya, Colombo Chapter will be held on 23 November at the Meteorology Department Auditorium, Colombo 7 from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Speakers and panelists include Prof. Colambage of the Open University, D. Dheerasinghe, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank, Dr. Saman Kelegama, Director IPS, D. Kodikara, Deputy Commissioner of Inland Revenue, and S.R. Gajendran, Chairman, Faculty of Taxation, ICASL. The seminar is sponsored by Seylan Bank.
