Lucky Lanka IPO nets Rs.272 m so far

Lucky Lanka Milk Processing Company Ltd., has raised Rs. 272 million via its on-going Initial Public Offer which opened on Monday. The Company announced it has received 995 applications for 14.7mn Ordinary Voting Shares at a value of Rs.88mn and 1,266 applications for 37.2mn Ordinary Non-Voting Shares at a value of Rs.184mn. The IPO involves 38.0mn Ordinary Voting shares at Rs.6.00 per share and 24.0mn Ordinary Non-Voting Shares at Rs.3.00 per share.
