LOFIN, Dynaris matter settled

Lanka Orix Finance Plc (LOFIN) said its dispute over outstanding dues with Dynaris Holdings Ltd. has been settled in full. LOFIN earlier obtained an order from the Commercial High Court preventing Dynaris from disposing of its assets in view of a default of Rs. 100 million outstanding. “The matter has been settled in full,” LOFIN said in a filing to the CSE and added the sequestration order which was given against Dynaris preventing from disposing assets has now been lifted.
