Knowledge Conglomerate program on job interviews by Lasantha Salgado

The Knowledge Conglomerate (TKC) has announced an executive-education program on ‘Conducting Job Interviews - To select the best-fit candidate’, which will be course directed by Lasantha Salgado. The program is scheduled for Friday, 3rd May 2013, from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm at the Hotel Galadari.

“Selecting the best candidate is very important for an organization. It will demonstrate to you how to get into an interview, how to improve your interviewing skills and what criteria you should look for in a candidate in order to select the best” said Kapila Liyanage, Director of TKC

The Course Director Lasantha Salgado, is a recipient of the Fellowship of the AHRP. He is one of Sri Lanka’s most experienced HR professionals, having served as the Head of HR for Unilever, John, Keells, Hayleys and NDB Bank. He is also a practicing Attorney-at-Law in Industrial Relations.
