The summit which was held for the 37th consecutive time was organised by the Chartered Institute of

Management Accountants (CIMA) Sri Lanka. The Chief Guest at the event was CIMA CEO Charles Tilley, while the keynote speaker was Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund CEO Qazi Azmat Isa. The top panel of experts spoke on topics including ‘Leadership: Reframing Human Capital for Sustained Competitiveness’, ‘From Energy to Synergy: The Practical Art of Converting Individuals into Teams’, ‘From Existence to Excellence: Leading to Excel in Tomorrow’s World’, ‘Winning Strategies for Emerging Markets’, and ‘A case study of the Engro corporation: an organisation that has grown in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment’.
