eChannelling major owner buys 24% of PC Pharma

British American Technologies Ltd., has acquired 24% stake in PC Pharma Plc. The stake amounts to 24.4 million shares and was done at Rs. 1.50 per share. The seller was PCH Holdings Plc., original stake of which was 51.6% whilst Chairman S.H.M. Rishan held 35% stake as at 31 March 2013. BAT owns 28% stake in eChannelling whilst related party ECL Soft owns 18% stake in Blue Diamonds Jewellery Worldwide Plc as well.
