eChanneling gets deal from new foreign shareholder

eChannelling (ECL) said yesterday that its subsidiary, ECL Soft Ltd. (ECLS), has entered into a Business Cooperation Agreement with the single largest shareholder of ECL, SMS Marketing System Asia Ltd. (SMS). Under this agreement, SMS and ECLS will develop and run hospital/doctor appointment services for countries in which SMS or any of its group companies have presence. The countries identified for such projects are Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Korea, China, Vietnam and Thailand. SMS holds 15% stake in ECL.
