Dr. Selliah quits Swisstek Board

Dr. S. Selliah has resigned from the Board of Directors of Swisstek (Ceylon) Plc with effect from 1 April. Dr. Selliah joined the Siwsstek Board in November 2003 and was Acting Chairman in FY2013. Via his Arunodhaya Group and related companies Dr. Selliah holds a 5.6% stake in Swisstek. Lanka Tiles Plc holds a 47.8% stake and Lanka Walltiles Plc holds a 11.5% stake in Swisstek.
