Ceylon Chamber welcomes high level business delegation from the Czech Republic

At the initiation of the Consulate for the Czech Republic in Sri Lanka and with the support of Ministry of External Affairs, Sri Lanka, a high level delegation consisting approximately 30 members representing the Public and the Private sectors of the Czech Republic will be visiting Sri Lanka  from 16  to  18  April, 2011.

The delegation is headed by the Minister of Environment of the Czech Republic, Tomas Chalupa, who will be accompanied by the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Environment of the Czech Republic Ivo Hlavac and the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Sri Lanka, Miloslav Stasek.  The delegation also includes representatives of the Czech Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of   Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, representatives of CzechInvest, Czech Export Bank and many business representatives who are interested in doing business with Sri Lanka.

The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, in association with the Honorary Consul for the Czech Republic Jayantha Fernando have organised a business meeting for the delegation on 18 April, 2011.
