Senior Minister of International Monetary Cooperation and Deputy Minister of Finance and Planning Dr Sarath Amunugama was the Chief Guest of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations and Industrial Excellence Awards 2013 of The Sri Lanka Chamber of Small and Medium Industries.
