Avant Garde felicitates security personnel who prevented bank robbery

A felicitation ceremony was held recently to honour the heroic performance by two security personnel who prevented a definite bank robbery. They were on duty at a leading bank in Kirulapone.

The ceremony was held at their head office in Bangalawa Junction in Etul Kotte. They were promoted to high ranks of the company, rewarded cash and also an immediate salary increment. Speaking at the ceremony Avant Garde Managing Director Manjula Yapa thanked the security personnel who had the courage to prevent the robbery with immediate action on the spot. He further said that their bravery was due to the professional training given to all security personnel by the company and as usual they showed their capabilities in the field of professional security and would be definitely an example to all other security companies as well.
