Eng. Kumudu Lal
On'ally Holdings PLC has appointed Eng. Kumudu Lal as Chairman of the company. He currently serves as the Secretary to the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Water Supply and the Chairman of the Urban Development Authority (UDA).
He brings to the board over 28 years of extensive experience in civil and environmental engineering, water and wastewater drainage, solid waste management, and project management.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
He has held several key positions in the public sector and has played a pivotal role in major national infrastructure initiatives such as the World Bank-funded Duplication Road Project and the Greater Colombo Wastewater Management project.
