The Offices at Cinnamon Life by John Keells Properties has been awarded the Gold GreenRE Certification for Sustainable Real Estate Excellence in the Existing Non-Residential Category, marking a significant milestone for Sri Lanka’s commercial real estate sector.

This is the first time GreenRE has awarded a green building rating to a development in Sri Lanka, further reinforcing Cinnamon Life’s position as a benchmark for future-ready urban developments.
