Organised in partnership with the European Union (EU), the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), the Forum will present Sri Lanka’s investment landscape with a focus on sustainability, technology-driven growth, and economic recovery.
The agenda includes sessions titled ‘Registration,’ ‘Inaugural Session,’ ‘Navigating Sri Lanka’s Economic Recovery,’ and ‘Sri Lanka’s Investment Ecosystem,’ followed by a dedicated segment under ‘Shaping the Green Future,’ which will cover ‘Renewable Energy Development Landscape,’ ‘Investing in Green Transition,’ and ‘Green Finance Instruments.’

Sector-themed parallel sessions under ‘Sector Themed Parallel Sessions’ will focus on the ‘Services Sector,’ ‘Manufacturing Sector,’ ‘Leisure and Recreation,’ and ‘Infrastructure.’ The services track will include logistics, integrated warehousing, and aviation services, while manufacturing will cover value-added processing, pharmaceuticals, and industrial manufacturing. Leisure discussions will focus on nautical and waterfront tourism, hotel development, and theme and amusement parks, and the infrastructure track will examine technology and innovation parks, university towns, and cinema cities.
The Forum is co-funded by the EU, with in-kind support from the ADB and ESCAP, and is expected to bring together policymakers, development partners, and private sector stakeholders to discuss investment opportunities across key sectors of the economy.
