Bringing excitement and joy to consumers across the island once again, Scan Jumbo Peanut successfully concluded the 9th edition of the much-awaited “Scan Jumbo Bonanza” consumer promotion, rewarding 50 lucky winners at a grand celebration held on June 10, 2026, at the prestigious Grand Oriental Hotel. Organised by the Scan Products Division of C.W. Mackie PLC, the event was attended by winners from different parts of the country together with company representatives and distinguished invitees. The event marked another successful milestone in the brand’s longstanding effort to recognise and reward the loyalty of its valued consumers, while creating memorable experiences that strengthen the bond between the brand and its customers.
Conducted over a five-month period from June to November 2025, the promotion successfully reached consumers in more than 180 towns island wide through an extensive ground-level activation campaign. Consumers were given the opportunity to participate by sending an empty Scan Jumbo Peanut wrapper together with their personal details to P.O. Box 161, Colombo, while many also engaged with the campaign through the vibrant Scan Jumbo Bonanza propaganda vehicles that travelled across the country, creating strong visibility and excitement among communities. The widespread reach of the campaign enabled the brand to connect with consumers from diverse regions, generating enthusiastic participation and reinforcing the popularity of Scan Jumbo Peanut among Sri Lankan households.
