The Sri Lanka-China Business Cooperation Council (SLCBCC) has partnered with Intex-InMac Sri Lanka 2026, South Asia’s premier international textile sourcing and garment technology platform, to further strengthen bilateral trade, sourcing partnerships, investment opportunities and business collaboration between Sri Lanka, China and the global textile and apparel industry.
Scheduled to take place from 5 to 7 August 2026 at the BMICH, Colombo, Intex-InMac Sri Lanka 2026 will welcome over 250 domestic and international exhibitors from 15+ countries and regions, bringing together textile manufacturers, innovators, textile and garment machinery companies, buyers, industry stakeholders under one roof.
This year’s edition will feature over 130 Chinese textile companies—the largest-ever participation in Intex-InMac editions to date—reinforcing China’s pivotal role in South Asia’s textile supply chain, providing Sri Lankan manufacturers direct access to China’s advanced functional, recycled, and eco-friendly raw materials to meet evolving western compliance standards.
Through this strategic collaboration, SLCBCC will provide its industry members with direct access to international suppliers, emerging technologies, sourcing solutions, and high-value business networks. The Intex-InMac Shows serve as a gateway for Sri Lankan businesses to engage with Chinese enterprises showcasing their latest innovations while exploring new markets and long-term commercial partnerships.
Beyond the exhibition, the partnership will facilitate curated B2B meetings, technical workshops, and high-level networking with Chinese and international enterprises seeking to expand their footprint in South Asia.
