Regen Renewables Ltd. Dr. Fernando currently chairs the Renewable Energy Standing Subcommittee of the National Chamber of Commerce, fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors to promote investment-friendly, forward-looking energy policies.

The company also champions regulatory reform, working hand-in-hand with government bodies to streamline processes, remove investment barriers, and accelerate the shift to renewables.

Yet, Regen’s commitment to transformation doesn’t stop with policy and infrastructure. The company invests in people — offering mentorship, skills development, and training programs that build local capacity and nurture the next generation of clean energy professionals and entrepreneurs.
