PickMe owner Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka PLC has announced an Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOP).
The total number of shares underlying the options to be granted under this Scheme is 17,543,351 Ordinary Voting Shares.
The percentage of Ordinary Voting Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the options under this Scheme is 5%.
The stated capital of the company as of 31 March 2025 is Rs. 1,573,085,377.
The number of shares representing the stated capital of the company as of 31 March 2025 is 333,323,673 Ordinary Voting Shares.
The granting of options under the proposed Employee Share Option Scheme is in compliance with the Listing Rules of the Colombo Stock Exchange and is subject to the Colombo Stock Exchange approving in principle the issue and listing of shares issued pursuant to such Scheme and obtaining shareholder approval by way of a Special Resolution at a General Meeting of the company.
