The Digital Economy Ministry has set up a dedicated support service to “promptly resolve” technical issues and registration difficulties faced by users of the National Fuel Pass system.

This service has been established to provide immediate assistance for any problems that may arise when registering your vehicle. If you encounter any issues during registration, please send a message via WhatsApp to 076 019 1919 to receive support.

“Through this service, you will be provided with the necessary guidance and technical assistance. You may also use this number to report any fraudulent activities or misuse of the system. We look forward to your cooperation in making the Government’s program of ensuring fair fuel distribution to all a success,” the Ministry said in a public notice.
