National Chamber to conduct Oman-Sri Lanka Biz Forum, B2B meetings on 28 June

The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka together with the Sri Lankan Embassy in Oman and Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 28 June will conduct an online business session to develop business between Sri Lanka and Oman at 11:30 a.m. (Sri Lanka time).

An MoU will be signed between the two Chambers, and the following government institutions –the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka Export Development Board – will also address the gathering. The counterpart government institutions from Oman would be the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Oman Investment Authority and Public Authority of Free Zones.

The business sectors such as health and tourism, food and beverages, boat building industry, fisheries, livestock and farming, garments, agriculture, and ICT are expected to participate at the online session. SLASSCOM will address the gathering representing the ICT sector of the country. 

B2B meetings will be conducted for interested business persons in both countries at the end of the above-mentioned session.
