Participants with MTI Consulting’s Senior International Consultants and MTI Project Team
MTI Consulting, the internationally networked boutique strategy consultancy, has announced the launch of its first cohort under the Global Strategy Internship Program.
This inaugural cohort focuses on the Balkans region, covering Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Slovenia, and forms a key component of MTI’s GROW initiative aimed at rapid global network expansion.
The month-long intensive program is designed to immerse participants in the fundamentals of strategy consulting. Interns will gain hands-on experience through practical consulting tasks, direct interactions with MTI’s Senior International Consultants and Subject Matter Experts, and the opportunity to conduct nationally strategic studies relevant to their respective countries. The program culminates in a final graduation presentation showcasing their work.
With nearly three decades of experience and assignments across 51 countries, MTI Consulting continues to expand its global footprint through initiatives like this, fostering the next generation of strategy professionals.
