Lotus Renewable offloads 4.6% of Hatton Plantations for Rs. 297.7 m

Lotus Renewable Energy Ltd., has sold Rs. 297.7 million worth of shares in Hatton Plantations PLC.

The parent company disposed of 10,903,500 shares on 21 November at Rs. 27.30 each to Durga Infra Ltd. The block represents 4.61% of the issued ordinary shares of Hatton Plantations.

The company said the Board of Directors was notified of the transaction on 24 November 2025.

Hatton Plantations closed at Rs. 28.10 yesterday, down 40 cents from the previous close. The company reported a Rs. 21.47 net asset per share as at end September 2025.

Lotus Renewables was the majority shareholder as of that date with a 76.65% stake.
