Link4 acquires Unifiedpost to strengthen Asia Pacific e-invoicing leadership

Link4 has announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Unifiedpost Pte Ltd., from Banqup Group SA. The transaction includes all assets and customer relationships of the Singapore-based e-Invoicing provider.

The acquisition reinforces Link4’s position as a growing regional leader in e-Invoicing across Asia-Pacific and strengthens its presence within Singapore’s InvoiceNow network.

Unifiedpost Pte Ltd., has operated as an accredited provider within Singapore’s InvoiceNow framework. Link4 will continue to support all existing customers and ensure a smooth transition of services. As part of the integration, the Access Point accreditation of Unifiedpost Group and the IRSP accreditation of Unifiedpost Pte Ltd., with IMDA will terminate effective 31 March 2026, with customers continuing under Link4’s established accreditation.

Link4 has formally welcomed Unifiedpost customers and confirmed continuity of service. GST-registered businesses may continue accessing InvoiceNow services free of charge in line with IMDA support, while non-GST-registered businesses are being offered transitional options to ensure flexibility and choice.
