Lanka Realty trims Lee Hedges stake to 51% through Rs. 140.3 m sale

Lanka Realty Investments PLC has sold 5,501,829 shares held in subsidiary Lee Hedges PLC through market transactions on 12 May at Rs. 255 per share.

Following the sale, Lanka Realty Investments said its holding in Lee Hedges stands at 13,057,595 shares, representing 51% of the issued shares of the company.

Based on the disclosed transaction price, the share sale was valued at approximately Rs. 140.3 million.

Lee Hedges shares closed Friday Rs. 8.75 on the up at Rs. 306. The company reported net assets of Rs. 267.35 per share as of end-March 2026. Lanka Realty Investments was the top shareholder with a 54.15% stake then.
