Kandy Hotels Co. (1938) PLC in a Colombo Stock Exchange filing said yesterday that its public float had increased by 7.02% last month.
The company said that the public holdings of its shares stood at 15.98% as of end June 2025, and increased to 23% as of 1 September 2025, due to non-public shareholders disposing of their shares in the market during the month of August 2025.
