He now holds 5.6 million shares or 10.66% stake. Exterminators on Friday closed at Rs. 16.80, up by 3% from Thursday. It is learnt the average cost of Jinadasa’s stake was around Rs. 13-14 per share.

Originally invented by Exterminators in 2009 as South Asia’s first locally manufactured termite station, the Smart Missile achieved a world-first carbon-neutral certification in 2015.

It also announced the launch of its state-of-the-art AI-powered Report Factory, aimed at transforming the company’s operations by automating the generation of essential service reports, significantly increasing efficiency and enhancing quality assurance throughout its operations.
