Hayleys oversubscribed debenture issue raises Rs. 5.82 b in applications

Hayleys PLC yesterday said that its listed rated unsecured senior redeemable debenture issue has been oversubscribed, with total applications worth over Rs. 5.8 billion.

Applications received as at 4.30 p.m. on 17 March 2026 amounted to 58,238,200 debentures, surpassing the initial issue of 50,000,000 debentures.

The total value of applications stood at Rs. 5,823,820,000, reflecting strong investor demand for the instrument.

The company had initially offered 50 million debentures at a par value of Rs. 100 each, with an option to issue a further 20 million debentures in the event of oversubscription.
