A highly respected Business and Brand Turnaround Specialist, Haputhanthri brings over 30 years of cross-sector experience in marketing, branding, sales leadership, corporate restructuring, and strategic transformation. He is widely recognised for converting underperforming brands into profitable, market-leading businesses through research-led, non-conventional strategies.
Remarko Bakers and Caterers stated that the appointment comes at a critical phase in the company’s journey, as it strengthens its franchise operations, governance frameworks, brand consistency, and performance culture across Sri Lanka.

An author and co-author of international publications, he has introduced Asia’s first brand philosophy, ‘Travis Brandsology,’ and has played a pivotal role in reshaping professional marketing and branding education in Sri Lanka to be more practical and industry-aligned.
As CMO, Haputhanthri will lead: Strategic brand positioning and architecture; Development of a robust and scalable franchise model; Business and brand turnaround initiatives; Customer experience and emotional brand engagement and Leadership development and people-centric brand culture.
