FITIS Professional Chapter signs MoU with Institute of Internal Auditors Sri Lanka

A Memorandum of Understanding was entered into on 7 September between the Professional Chapter of the Federation of Information Technology Industry Sri Lanka (FITIS) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) in mutual collaboration to build capacity in the field of Information Security, Governance and Auditing in Sri Lanka.

This would aid in promoting and conducting programs in the above spheres among its members and partners.  

FITIS Professional Chapter has been very active and engages in capacity-building initiatives in the above spheres spanning corporates, professionals and university student chapters across the entire country.

The MoU was signed by the President of the FITIS Professional Chapter Mahendiran Prashanthan, and the President of IIA Sri Lanka Numair Cassim.
